Each course will be accompanied by two glasses of wine, allowing you to compare and contrast different wine styles and flavours. A representative from Liberty Wines will introduce each wine, providing insights into its unique characteristics and the story behind it. Our Michelin-listed kitchen team will present a menu that perfectly complements the wines, creating a truly immersive culinary experience. This is a must-attend event for wine enthusiasts and food lovers alike. Dietary requirements can be accommodated upon advance request.

Thursday, 14th August, 2025 Join us at Cheal’s Restaurant for an exclusive evening of exceptional food and wine, in partnership with the renowned Gusbourne Estate. Indulge in a five-course tasting menu, each course expertly paired with a hand-selected Gusbourne wine. Our chefs have created a seasonal menu designed to complement the elegance and character of these award-winning English wines. Throughout the evening, you’ll be guided through each pairing by a representative from Gusbourne Estate alongside our in-house Sommelier, who will share their expertise and insights into the wines and the art of pairing. All food and wine pairings are included in the ticket price. Please note, this is a set menu curated by our chefs and may not be disclosed in advance.
