Format of the evening will be same as last time: Each course will be paired with two wines - one selected by Cheals' Team, and the other by Phil Innes of Loki Wines. Throughout the evening, they will guide you through their pairings, explain their thinking, and invite you to vote for your favourite match. Each course is designed to complement and elevate the character of every pour, creating a truly immersive culinary experience.
