Known for their award-winning sparkling and still wines, Gusbourne’s philosophy emphasises terroir, sustainability, and craftsmanship. Guests will have the unique opportunity to explore these wines in context, with thoughtfully selected pairings that enhance the nuances of each dish.


Representatives from Gusbourne will be in attendance, sharing insights into the estate’s innovative yet traditional approach to winemaking.
