The menu is designed to be seasonal and ever-evolving, and will be refreshed when we reopen after our Christmas and New Year break. While dishes will change to reflect the best available produce, guests can always expect the same level of care, balance, and attention to detail — with every meal beginning with a chef’s amuse-bouche, setting the tone for the experience ahead.



Cooking That Matches Our À La Carte Standards



Rather than being a simplified offering, Cheal’s Set Menu showcases the same cooking philosophy as our à la carte menu. Guests can expect thoughtful combinations, quality ingredients, and carefully executed dishes, whether choosing fish, meat, or vegetarian options.

  • Quiche Arnold Bennet with smoked haddock, hollandaise, and Avruga caviar

Last year, those same menus were priced at £34.75 and £39.75, making the current pricing an even stronger proposition.

Our optional wine pairings have also been carefully considered. Where two glasses of wine previously cost £20, guests can now enjoy:
